1. These Ordinary Shares are directly held by Corre Energy Group Holdings CV, of which Corre Energy Partnership SCSp is the limited partner (commanditaire vennoot) and in which Bloomsbury Holding Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Darren Patrick Green, holds a partnership interest. The number of Ordinary Shares reflects a reduction of 1,349,896 shares which Corre Energy Group Holdings CV holds as nominee on behalf of the beneficial owner, Springhill Property Investments (Jersey) Limited (see note 4.)
2. These Ordinary Shares are directly held by Corre Energy Group Holdings CV, of which Corre Energy Partnership SCSp is the limited partner (commanditaire vennoot) and in which Lorlen Investments Limited, a company controlled by Keith McGrane, holds a partnership interest. Lorlen Investments Limited also hold shares outside in an account in its own name, denoted separately in the above chart, in light of the imminent conclusion of its partial exit from Corre Energy Partnership SCSp.
3. These Ordinary Shares are directly held in an account in the name of Air Corre Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Brendan Boyd. Air Corre Limited is imminently concluding its exit from Corre Energy Partnership SCSp (the limited partner (commanditaire vennoot) in Corre Energy Group Holdings CV) in which it originally held 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
4. The number of Ordinary Shares reflects an increase of 1,349,896 shares which are beneficially owned by Springhill Property Investments (Jersey) Limited but are presently registered to Corre Energy Group Holdings CV as nominee. Springhill Property Investments (Jersey) Limited has requested the immediate transfer of these shares by Corre Energy Group Holdings CV into its own account.
5. Statum Limited, which is fully owned by Patrick McClughan, holds all of its Ordinary Shares in an account registered in its own name. Statum Limited has not had any shareholding interest in Lorlen Investments Limited since September 20, 2023, and is currently awaiting the formal conclusion of the withdrawal of its previous shareholding interest by Lorlen Investments Limited.
